目的 研究心肌梗塞(MI)后心室胶原生化改建与心脏肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的关系。方法 采用放射免疫等方法动态观测了大鼠MI后3、15及42天左、右心室胶原含量、总量和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量以及血浆AngⅡ含量的变化。结果 血浆AngⅡ含量仅在MI后3天有一过性升高;MI鼠左、右心室AngⅡ含量于3天时就明显升高,此后一直保持在3天时水平。MI后左、右心室胶原基质均发生了生化改建,除右心室胶原生化改建稍滞后于其AngⅡ的变化外,左、右心室的胶原生化改建与其心肌AngⅡ的变化形式基本一致。结论 MI后心脏RAS被明显激活;心肌AngⅡ在心肌胶原生化改建的过程中可能起着重要的作用,而且其作用不依赖于循环RAS。

목적 연구심기경새(MI)후심실효원생화개건여심장신소-혈관긴장소계통(RAS)적관계。방법 채용방사면역등방법동태관측료대서MI후3、15급42천좌、우심실효원함량、총량화혈관긴장소Ⅱ(AngⅡ)함량이급혈장AngⅡ함량적변화。결과 혈장AngⅡ함량부재MI후3천유일과성승고;MI서좌、우심실AngⅡ함량우3천시취명현승고,차후일직보지재3천시수평。MI후좌、우심실효원기질균발생료생화개건,제우심실효원생화개건초체후우기AngⅡ적변화외,좌、우심실적효원생화개건여기심기AngⅡ적변화형식기본일치。결론 MI후심장RAS피명현격활;심기AngⅡ재심기효원생화개건적과정중가능기착중요적작용,이차기작용불의뢰우순배RAS。
Objective This study aimed at the biochemical rem odeling ofmyocardial collage n and its relation to cardiac renin-angiotensin system (RAS) after myocardial i n farction(MI).Methods The ventricular and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) content , total collagen content, and collagen concentration in left ventricle(LV) and right v entricle(RV) of MI and sham-operated control(SOC) rats on 3,15 and 42 days afte r operation were measured dynamically by means of radioimmunoassay etc. Results The plasma Ang Ⅱ content increased only in MI rats on day 3. The Ang Ⅱ content in LV of the MI group increased markedly on day 3 after MI as compared with that of the SOC group.It sustained at this higher level on the 15 th and 42th days,and the similar changes were observed in RV as well.The biochem ical remodeling of collagen in LV and RV occurred after MI and the remodeling of collagen showed similar patterns with its Ang Ⅱ content, except that collagen remodeling in RV was delayed than the change of Ang Ⅱ content.Conclus ion The cardiac RAS was obviously activated after MI. Ventricular Ang Ⅱ mi ght play an important role in the biochemical remodeling of myocardial collagen, and its role was independent of circulating RAS.
