用14C示踪技术研究了金钗石斛光合产物运转与分配的变化。结果表明，周年光合产物分配的变化与生长中心变化一致，在定植初期光合产物绝大多数都分配到成长叶中，第1次分蘖生长期主要分配到第1次分蘖中，第2次分蘖生长期则主要分配到第2次分蘖中。定植初期的光合产物在生长中期主要输送到第1次的分蘖茎，后期则主要输送到成长茎中。金钗石斛不同叶位叶片生产的光合产物具有就近运输的特点，各类茎生产的光合产物亦主要供给自身茎的发育。

The translocation and distribution of photosynthate in dendrobe were studied by using14C.The results showed that the change of distribution of photosynthate was the same as that of growth centre.T he photosynthate was mainly translocated into mature leaf at the stage of transpl anting,the first tillering at the first tillering growth stage,and the second ti llering at the second tillering growth stage,respectively.The photosynthate at transplanting stage was mainly translocated into the first tillering stem at the middle growth stage,mature stem at the late growth stage,respectively.The photos ynthate of different age of leaves was mainly translocated into the nearest part, and the photosynthate of different stem also mainly supplied the growth and development of itself.
