利用PC机驱动步进电机和钻床改装的攻丝机械构成的步进式振动攻丝系统,根据系统情况确定工艺参数的实验范围.利用扭矩传感器测定攻丝扭矩.最后对所采集的扭矩数据进行分析,描绘工艺参数与攻丝扭矩关系图形,并在现有实验条件下得出工艺参数与振动攻丝扭矩关系的初步结论.对分析工艺参数与振动攻丝效果和工艺参数与材料之间的关系具有一定的理论及实际意义.

The stepping vibration tapping system is made of a stepping driver and a tapping machine refitted from drill press controlled by PC. According to the system conditions,the range of vibration tapping parameters is determined. Torque data are measured by the torque sensor.Finally,the graph between vibration tapping parameters and tapping torque is draughted by studying the collecting data.A preliminary conclusion of tapping parameters and tapping effect is drawn under the experimental conditions in existence.This article is of some academic and practical significance for analyzing the relationship between technical parameters and effect of vibration tapping,and that between technical parameters and materials.
