目的研究铸造卡环和锻造卡环的卡抱力。方法采用万能材料试验机测试不同厂家铸造钴铬合金卡环、镍铬不锈钢卡环及不同直径锻造卡环变形0.6 mm的变形力。结果1.0 mm锻造卡环的卡抱力最大(23.4 N),其次是铸造钴铬合金卡环及0.9 mm锻造卡环(13.2~14.4 N),0.8 mm锻造卡环的卡抱力略小(12.2 N),铸造镍铬不锈钢卡环卡抱力最小(11.5 N)。结论为了满足卡环固位的要求,又尽可能避免损伤基牙,建议采用铸造钴铬合金卡环;若基牙牙周条件较差,建议采用0.8 mm锻制卡环。

Objective To study the enclasp forces of cast clasp and forging clasp. Methods A force of the clasp for 0.6 mm deformation was tested with omnipatent material machine. Results The enclasp force of 1.0 mm forging clasp was 23.4N, that of Co Cr alloy cast clasp and 0.9 mm forging clasp were 13.2~14.4N, that of 0.8 mm forging clasp was 12.2N and that of Ni Cr alloy cast clasp was 11.5N. Conclusion For the need of clasp retention and avoidance of abutment injury, Co Cr alloy cast clasp was the best.
