采用慢应变速率拉伸方法,研究了Fe-Si试样在空气中拉伸、动态充氢拉伸及在空气中预应变一定量后动态充氢拉伸等实验条件下的断裂过程.结果表明,只有在充氢过程中进行塑性变形才能引起氢致开裂,即塑性变形是氢致开裂的必要条件,氢致开裂过程是氢与位错交互作用的过程.
採用慢應變速率拉伸方法,研究瞭Fe-Si試樣在空氣中拉伸、動態充氫拉伸及在空氣中預應變一定量後動態充氫拉伸等實驗條件下的斷裂過程.結果錶明,隻有在充氫過程中進行塑性變形纔能引起氫緻開裂,即塑性變形是氫緻開裂的必要條件,氫緻開裂過程是氫與位錯交互作用的過程.

The fracture behaviors during hydrogen charging of Fe-3%Si single crystal was studied by lowstrain rate tension. The experiments included tension in air, tension during dynamically charging andcharging after certain pre-strain. The results indicated that hydrogen induced cracking can occur onlywhen the sample deformed during charging. That is, deformation is a necessary condition for hydrogeninduced cracking and hydrogen induced cracking results from the interaction between hydrogen anddislocation.
