采用悬浮聚合新方法合成了天然橡胶(Ni)接枝甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)共聚物,考察了引发体系、分散体系、水油比等因素对聚合反应的影响。结果表明:在分散体系中,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)与甲基纤维素(MC)配合使用效果最好;在几种引发体系中,以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)与N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA)聚合,聚合速率较快,但该体系仅适用于MMA接枝NR的聚合体系。
採用懸浮聚閤新方法閤成瞭天然橡膠(Ni)接枝甲基丙烯痠甲脂(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)共聚物,攷察瞭引髮體繫、分散體繫、水油比等因素對聚閤反應的影響。結果錶明:在分散體繫中,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)與甲基纖維素(MC)配閤使用效果最好;在幾種引髮體繫中,以過氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)與N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA)聚閤,聚閤速率較快,但該體繫僅適用于MMA接枝NR的聚閤體繫。

The graft copolymer of natural rubber,methyl methacrylate and styrene was synthesized by suspension polymerization. The effects of initiator system, dispersion system and water oil ratio on the polymerization were studied. The results showed that the system of polyvinyl alcohol and methylcellulose was the best in the dispersion systems. In the initiator systems, the system of dibenzoyl peroxide and dimethylaniline was more effective, but it was only suitable to the system of methyl methacrylate grafting onto natural mbber.
