본문종외관、조직절편、단백질화당원함량등방면분석료장모려이배체화삼배체외투막적차이。여이배체상비,삼배체외투막후、불투명、정유백색、결체조직교후,당원함량고3.9배。
The difference of mantle between diploid and triploid is analyzed from outward appearance, tissue slides and content of protein and glycogen in Crassostrea gigas. In outward appearance, the mantle of triploid is opaque, opal and thicker than diploid. The connective tissue of triploid mantle is thicker than diploid. And the glycogen content of triploid mantle is 3.9 times of diploid.
