通过实验研究茎注射氮素在玉米籽粒形成中的分布. 对两组缺乏氮素植株进行实验,一组茎注入氮素,另一组用15N-NO3处理土壤;并分别进行15氮跟踪,观察玉米繁殖器官中的氮素分布.6天后发现茎注入与根系吸收结果相似.

This paper describes the experimental study on the distribution of stem-infused nitrogen during kernel development in maize. We infused N on the stem of the nitrogen deficient plants and treated the soil with 15N-NO3 , respectively. Tracing the 15N-glycine after six days, we found that the distributions of N from stem infused in the earshoot were the same as from root absorbed.d. This result indicated that N stem-infused directly affected the reproduction organs, assimilating to that absorbed from the soil.
