[目的]为兴安桧在城市园林中的应用和栽培管理提供理论依据.[方法]选用2年生盆栽扦插苗,置于40 ℃人工智能气候箱中进行2、4和6 h的耐热处理,测定不同生理生化指标的变化规律.[结果]随着高温胁迫时间的延长,叶绿素含量先下降后上升;蛋白质含量逐渐降低;SOD、POD活性上升;MDA含量先下降后上升,但明显低于对照.[结论]兴安桧是对高温忍耐能力较强的园林地被植物.

[Objective] The research aimed to provide the application and cultivate management theory for city landscape garden.[Method]Taking two years potted cuttings as materials, effects of 40 ℃ high temperature stress for 2, 4, 6 h on physiological indexes of Sabina davurica (Pall).Ant were studied.[Result] With the strengthening of high temperature stress, the content of chlorophyll showed down-up. The content of soluble protein showed decreasing while SOD active change and POD active change was increasing. The content of treatment MDA showed down-up, but obviously lower than the control. [Conclusion]The adaptability of high temperature of Sabina davurica (Pall).Ant was better. It was a good ground cover plant of landscape gardens.
