对一种新型生物膜载体用于城市污水处理进行了试验研究.试验条件下,生物膜法挂膜过程一般需7~15d,生物膜厚在0.5~1.0mm左右,颜色呈淡黄色或淡褐色,膜内微生物主要有原生动物和后生动物,个数多,活性高.溶解氧、水力停留时间是主要的控制参数,当原水COD为100~200 mg·L~(-1)时,最优控制条件为DO质量浓度为3~4mg·L~(-1),HRT为14 h.处理后出水COD、BOD_5、SS的去除率分别达到75%、80%、85%以上.采用这种载体处理城市污水挂膜速度快、污泥量少、适应性好.

The period of biomass cultivation was7~15 d. and the thickness of biofilm grew on the surface of the crushed stone globular aggregates、was about 0.5~1.0mm with light brown color. A large amount of microbes included prozoa and metazoa Were-detected by microscope; The dissolved oxygen(DO)and hydraulic detention time(HRT)are main running parameters for this experiment; COD removed rate was mole than 75%, and BOD, removed rate was more than 80%. SS removed rate was more than 85% and the qualities of effluent water reached the standard of wastewater when DO was 3~4 mg·L~(-1 )and HRT was controlled at 14 h, respectively; The period of biomass cultivation was short, there were no excess sludge discharge during running and the applicability of membrane was powerful with the method of bio-membrane carrier used for municipal wastewater.
