针对开关磁阻电机具有转矩脉动大的缺点,依据空间电压矢量下直接瞬时转矩控制的理论,通过分析采用基本电压矢量存在转矩失控现象的原因,提出了一种优化直接转矩控制的新方案.该方案以基本空间电压矢量为基础,通过适时地采用新增空间电压矢量,同时优化转矩滞环控制器的方法,达到提高直接转矩控制性能的目的.为验证方案的有效性和正确性,以一台三相12/8极开关磁阻电机为控制对象,将新方案与传统直接转矩控制的效果进行了比较.结果证明,新方案有效地抑制了转矩失控现象的产生,并在进一步减小转矩脉动上有明显效果,最终将转矩脉动控制在±1 N·m以内.

The main disadvantage of the switched reluctance motor is torque ripple. Based on direct in-stantaneous torque control, the effect of torque ripple was analyzed from the point view of basic space voltage vector. A novel method was proposed for the optimization of the direct controlling torque. It im-proved the performance of the direct controlling torque by increasing space voltage vector and torque hys-teresis - controller. A 12/8 - pole 3 - phase switched reluctance motor was designed to facilitate the veri-fication of the correctness and validity of the proposed method. The simulations of analyzing the direct controlling torque were carried out for the proposed method and the traditional one.
