利用分级冷凝系统及电捕获器分离收集生物油,共得到5种生物油.研究了5种生物油的产率分布及其含水量、热值、黏度、pH等理化特性,分析了生物油的化学组成,考察了化合物在5种生物油中的分布,同时对分级冷凝系统及电捕获器分离生物油的效率作了统计评价.研究表明,电捕获器提高了生物油25.9%的产率,通过分级冷凝系统可以有效地分离脱除生物油中的水分.分级冷凝系统及电捕获器可以完全分离大分子量的酚类、醛酮类物质,但对乙酸等小分子量的物质分离效果不显著.

Five kinds of bio-oil are collected by fractional condensation and electrostatic precipitator.The yield distribution and physical-chemical properties of the bio-oil,such as water content,calorific value,viscosity,pH value,etc.,are studied.The chemical composition of bio-oils is analyzed,and the distribution in five kinds of bio-oil is investigated.The separating capability of fractional condensation and electrostatic precipitator is statistically evaluated.The results indicate that electrostatic precipitator can increase the yield of bio-oil by 25.9%,and the fractional condensation effectively separates water from the bio-oil.The results also show that the fractional condensation and electrostatic precipetator can completely separate large phenols,aldehydes and ketones,but they cannot separate acetic acid and other small compounds very well.
