以聚醚型聚氨酯(PU)预聚物同丙烯酸(AA)反应得到丙烯酸接枝聚氨酯的共聚物.用FT-IR表征了AA-g-PU共聚物的结构,研究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、助剂浓度以及反应温度对接枝率的影响并确定了合成聚合物的最佳工艺条件;用DSC对聚合物进行了热性能分析并对聚合物进行了粘结性能测试.结果表明丙烯酸接枝聚氨酯后的共聚物结晶能力降低,热稳定性提高,粘接性增强.

In this paper,the acrylic acid grafting polyurethane copolymer(AA-g-PU) is prepared by using polyether-polyurethane and acrylic acid as materials.The structure of AA-g-PU copolymer is characterized by FTIR.The effects of monomer concentration,initiator concentration,auxiliaries concentration and the reaction temperature on grafting ratio are studied and the optimal synthetic condition is determined.The thermal properties of copolymer are analyzed by DSC and the bonding properties are tested.The results show that the crystal ability reduces and the thermal stability increases.The bonding property is strengthened after polyurethane is grafted with acrylic acid.
