目的 探讨基于临床路径的教学方法在泌尿外科研究生临床带教中的实施效果.方法 将我科实习的36名泌尿外科研究生随机分为2组,实验组18名学生采用临床路径为基础的教学方法,对照组18名学生采用传统教学方法.6个月临床实习后进行考试.考试内容包括:病史采集、查体和病历书写;临床病例分析;临床操作技能考试;理论考试.结果 实验组临床病例分析和临床操作技能考试成绩较对照组高,有统计学意义;病史采集、查体和病历书写、理论考试成绩两组差别无统计学意义.结论 基于临床路径的教学方法可以提高泌尿外科研究生临床病例分析和临床操作技能考试成绩,有利于增强临床思维和工作能力.

Objective To explore the clinical-pathway-based teaching effect in teaching urological postgraduate students in department of urology.Methods 36 students were divided to two groups:18 students are the clinical pathway based teaching group, and the other 18 students are traditional teaching group.Examination was used to compare the effect of each teaching method after 6 month.The examination including history collection,physical examination and case file writing,clinical case analysis,clinical operational skills test and basic theory.Results The record of history collection,physical examination and case file writing and basic theory test in clinical pathway based teaching group is not different between the two groups,but the record of clinical case analysis and clinical operational skills test in clinical pathway group is better than the traditional teaching group.Conclusion Clinical pathway based teaching can improve the teaching effect of clinical case analysis and clinical operational skills in urological postgraduate students,and can improve the strengthen of clinical thinking and working ability.
