承受交变载荷的轴零件轴颈磨损到一定尺寸后将无法使用.对其采用镍磷化学镀技术修复,恢复至原尺寸和表面精度.结果表明:修复后的风扇电机轴在有润滑条件下运行良好.

The shaft of motors subjected to altemating load will fail due to wear-induced size loss at a certain degree. Thus electroless Ni-P plating was used to repair the worn shaft and re-store the original size and surface precision. It was found that the motor shaft of electric fans after repair operated well under lubri-cated condition, receiving anticipated repairing efficacy.
