采用埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)和甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)并用制备HNTs/ZDMA/SBR复合材料,并对其结构和性能进行研究.结果表明,ZDMA能同时与HNTs和SBR形成化学或物理作用,增强SBR与HNTs的界面作用,提高交联密度,并促进HNTs在橡胶基体中的取向,从而显著提高复合材料的热稳定性和物理性能.
採用埃洛石納米管(HNTs)和甲基丙烯痠鋅(ZDMA)併用製備HNTs/ZDMA/SBR複閤材料,併對其結構和性能進行研究.結果錶明,ZDMA能同時與HNTs和SBR形成化學或物理作用,增彊SBR與HNTs的界麵作用,提高交聯密度,併促進HNTs在橡膠基體中的取嚮,從而顯著提高複閤材料的熱穩定性和物理性能.

The HNTs/ZDMA/SBR composites were prepared with HNTs/ZDMA blend,and the structure and properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the chemical and physical interaction of ZDMA with HNTs and SBR could occur at the same time,the interfacial adhesion of SBR and HNTs was enhanced,the apparent cross-linking density was increased,while the orientation of HNTs in rubber matrix was improved,and thus the thermal stability and physical properties of the composites were remarkably improved.
