目的:了解食管上括约肌矢状面的形态学特点,并试图阐明其功能产生的机制.方法:选取9例成人食管上括约肌标本进行火棉胶包埋,制作薄层矢状面断层切片,切片进行V-G染色,观察矢状面上食管上括约肌的肌束和肌层纤维结缔组织的形态学特点.结果:食管上括约肌不同区域均有环行肌存在,在后壁相互重叠;食管上括约肌不同区域结缔组织的形态有所不同,在整个食管上括约肌肌层内有树根形的结缔组织束贯穿全程.结论:食管上括约肌的肌组织和纤维结缔组织可能共同参与高压区的形成.
目的:瞭解食管上括約肌矢狀麵的形態學特點,併試圖闡明其功能產生的機製.方法:選取9例成人食管上括約肌標本進行火棉膠包埋,製作薄層矢狀麵斷層切片,切片進行V-G染色,觀察矢狀麵上食管上括約肌的肌束和肌層纖維結締組織的形態學特點.結果:食管上括約肌不同區域均有環行肌存在,在後壁相互重疊;食管上括約肌不同區域結締組織的形態有所不同,在整箇食管上括約肌肌層內有樹根形的結締組織束貫穿全程.結論:食管上括約肌的肌組織和纖維結締組織可能共同參與高壓區的形成.
목적:료해식관상괄약기시상면적형태학특점,병시도천명기공능산생적궤제.방법:선취9례성인식관상괄약기표본진행화면효포매,제작박층시상면단층절편,절편진행V-G염색,관찰시상면상식관상괄약기적기속화기층섬유결체조직적형태학특점.결과:식관상괄약기불동구역균유배행기존재,재후벽상호중첩;식관상괄약기불동구역결체조직적형태유소불동,재정개식관상괄약기기층내유수근형적결체조직속관천전정.결론:식관상괄약기적기조직화섬유결체조직가능공동삼여고압구적형성.
Objective: To study the morphological characteristics of muscle fiber and connective tissue of upper esophageal sphincter (UES) in sagittal section and to investigate the function of UES. Methods: Nine adult pharyngoesophagus specimens were embedded with celloidin and then sectioned sagittally. After treated with van-Gieson staining, the morphological characteristics of muscle fibers and connective tissues of USE in serial sections were investigated. Results: The ring-shaped muscle fibers were throughoutly found in USE, and interlapped within the posterior wall of USE. The appearance of connective tissues was different from thyropharyngeal muscle to cricopharyngeus muscle and to upper esophagus. A root-shaped connective tissue bundles ran through entire muscle layer of USE. Conclusion: Both of muscle fibers and connective tissues of UES may participate in the form of high pressure region.
