研究了数字相敏检波技术在微电阻率成像测井仪中的应用.介绍了数字相敏检波的基本原理,分析了该算法的频率特性,得出采样周期数与单周期采样次数对检波系统的影响规律.给出微电成像采集系统硬件电路设计框图和基于DSP的数字相敏检波算法程序流程图,给出实验结果.与传统的基于模拟相敏检波的采集系统进行比较,数字相敏检波具有明显的优越性.不仅提高了整个系统的可靠性并为该仪器的进一步改进提供了方便,同时提高了检测精度.

The use of digital phase sensitivity in micro conduction image logging tool was studied.The basic theory and fre-quency characteristic of DPSD were intmduced,the effect of number of sampling period and the number of sampling in a period was achieved.The design of function circuits and realization of arithmetic based on DSP were described in detail.The results indicate that the digital phase sensitivity detection is better than analog detection.The design improves the tool's reliability and devote to the progressing of micro conduction image logging tool.
