2006年10月11~14日对连江的浮游植物进行了初步调查,发现浮游植物共182种(含变种、变型和未知藻种),其中硅藻最多、占总种数的68.13%,绿藻门次之、占总种数的14.84%,其他门类合占12.09%,未知8种.调查期间,连江浮游植物种群不存在优势种,多样性指数和均匀度均处于较高水平,水域环境质量良好.浮游植物种群密度范围为4.40×10~4~7.54×10~4 cells/dm~3,均值为5.38×104 cells/dm~3,平面分布上游明显高于下游.连江浮游植物种群的空间分布格局是由占绝对优势的硅藻决定的.

We studied the phytoplankton community of Lianjiang during October, 2006. The results indicated that 182 species were identified, 68.13% of which belonging to Bacillariophyta, 14.84% to Chlorophyta, and 12.09% to others. There had no dominant species among phytoplankton community during the investigation. The diversity index and evenness index were both relatively high, which indicated that the water quality of Lianjiang was good. The cell density ranged from 4.40×10~4 to 7.54×10~4cells/dm~3, with an average of 5.38×10~4cells/dm~3, and the mean density of upstream was obviously higher than the downstream. The spatial distribution style of phytoplankton was controlled by diatom which was absolutely dominant in Lianjiang.
