Cubic nano ZnS powders have been successfully prepared by using TAA(CH3CSNH2)as source of S2-.The use of Na2S as sintering agent allows to lower the sintering temperature and to keep the cubic structure,leading to sintered ZnS ceramics with approximately the theoretical density.
