目的本研究的目的是通过非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织和外周血hnRNPA2/B1的检测探讨临床预后.方法采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法分别对30例NSCLC患者肿瘤组织和外周血及8例非恶性肿瘤患者的正常肺组织进行hnRNPA2/B1检测.随访一年后对无复发患者外周血hnRNPA2/B1复查.结果 30例NSCLC患者经过一年随访复查,死亡和复发组的肿瘤组织hnRNPA2/B1与正常肺组织组和无瘤生存组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05),而外周血在死亡和复发组与无瘤生存组间无差异(P＞0.05),同样TNM临床分期之间也无差异(P＞0.05).但一年后复查无瘤生存组外周血hnRNPA2/B1明显降低,与死亡和复发组以及无瘤生存组手术前的血hnRNPA2/B1比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 NSCLC患者肿瘤组织的hnRNPA2/B1明显增高,显著增高预示预后极差,但外科手术治疗后预后好的患者外周血hnRNPA2/B1则明显降低,因此NSCLC患者的肿瘤组织和外周血hnRNPA2/B1检测可以用来指导术后的进一步治疗和判断预后.
목적 본연구적목적 시통과비소세포폐암종류조직화외주혈hnRNPA2/B1적검측탐토림상예후.방법 채용실시형광정량RT-PCR방법분별대30례NSCLC환자종류조직화외주혈급8례비악성종류환자적정상폐조직진행hnRNPA2/B1검측.수방일년후대무복발환자외주혈hnRNPA2/B1복사.결과 30례NSCLC환자경과일년수방복사,사망화복발조적종류조직hnRNPA2/B1여정상폐조직조화무류생존조비교유현저차이(P＜0.05),이외주혈재사망화복발조여무류생존조간무차이(P＞0.05),동양TNM림상분기지간야무차이(P＞0.05).단일년후복사무류생존조외주혈hnRNPA2/B1명현강저,여사망화복발조이급무류생존조수술전적혈hnRNPA2/B1비교유현저차이(P＜0.05).결론 NSCLC환자종류조직적hnRNPA2/B1명현증고,현저증고예시예후겁차,단외과수술치료후예후호적환자외주혈hnRNPA2/B1칙명현강저,인차NSCLC환자적종류조직화외주혈hnRNPA2/B1검측가이용래지도술후적진일보치료화판단예후.
Objective The aim of this study is to investigate clinical prognosis by detection of hnRNPA2/B1 in tumor tissue and peripheral blood of NSCLC patients. Methods hnRNPA2/B1 in tumor tissue and peripheral blood of 30 NSCLC patients is detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR,hnRNPA2/B1 in normal lung tissue of 8 pulmonary benign patients is detected also. By a year follow-up,hnRNPA2/B1 in peripheral blood of disease-free NSCLC patients is detected again.Results By a year follow-up,hnRNPA2/B1 in tumor tissue of 8 recurrence-death NSCLC patients has obviously statistic significance compared with normal lung tissue and tumor tissue of disease-free NSCLC patients(P＜0.05). Peripheral blood in recurrence-death and disease-free NSCLC patients has no statistic significance at preoperation(P＞0.05);and TNM Clinic Staging has no statistic significance also(P＞0.05). By a year follow-up hnRNPA2/B1 in peripheral blood of disease-free NSCLC Patients has lowered obviouly and has statistic significance compared with recurrence-death and disease-free NSCLC patients at surgical preoperation(P＜0.05). Conclusion The hnRNPA2/B1 in tumor tissue of NSCLC is high. Obviously high level of hnRNPA2/B1 in tumor tissue of NSCLC patients demonstrates bad prognosis,but level of hnRNPA2/B1 in peripheral blood of NSCLC patients at postoperation lowers obviously,and demonstrates good prognosis.So detection of hnRNPA2/B1 can guide further treatment after surgical operation and Jude prognosis.
