为对高比例含涤产品进行无PVA上浆,应用HW-58B合成胶料对T/R 85/15 17/17 524/303品种进行了上浆实践.通过分析织造难点,采取了优选浆料配方、优化配置浆纱工艺参数、纬纱蒸纱加湿、改变停经片规格、控制织造车间温湿度等措施,减少了棉球和断经疵点,织机效率达到89.9%.

HW-58B synthetic size mixture was applied on T/R 85/15 17/17 524/303 to achieve no PVA sizing on high percentage polyester product. Through analysing weaving difficulty,optimized size mixture formula was adopted,sizing processing parameter was optimized,weft was steamed and wetted,dropper size was changed,temperature & humidity of weaving workshop were controlled et al,finally cotton ball and breaking warp defect could be reduced,loom efficiency could reach 89.9%.
