长坡选矿厂进行铅锌分离浮选时采用大量氰化物作为抑制剂,不仅恶化操作环境,同时对生态环境也会产生一定的影响,针对这一特点,利用小分子单宁类有机抑制剂与少量氰化物组合药剂进行铅锌矿物浮选分离,不仅可以得到高品位铅精矿,同时铅回收率也有所提高,与单纯用氰化物相比较,铅回收率提高了10.22%。

In Changpo plant, cyanides were adopted as conventional depressants for the lead-zinc separation of bulk flotation sulfides, which not only deteriorated operating environment, but also threatened ecological environment. In order to solve this problem, a combined agent of small molecules tannin organic depressants doped with little amount of cyanides was introduced for lead-zinc separation. The results indicated that the combined agent could not only improve the grade of lead concentrate, but also enhanced recovery of lead particularly. Compared with single cyanide depressants, the combined agent could raise the lead recovery by 10.22%.
