目的 探讨助理护士的人员结构、学历构成、心理状态、护理行为及管理状况.方法 调查统计本院2008年8月至2011年7月110名助理护士的年龄构成、学历结构、护龄、心理状态及管理状况等,并进行分析.结果 在调查的110名助理护士中,24~26岁占60%,大专学历占20.9%,护龄大多在2~3年;抑郁、恐惧、担忧、焦虑、后悔等则是护士最突出的心理状态.结论 新老搭配传帮带、及早实行心理干预、维护其自尊水平、加强相关人文素质培训等措施可有效稳定助理护士的心理状态,实行以人为本的护理管理模式,不仅可提高护士的整体业务素质,而且能达到护士、患者、医院三方受益的最终目标.

Objective To investigate the personnel structure,academic composition,psychological status,nursing behavior and management of the assistant nurses. Methods The age,educational structure,mental state and management of 110 assistant nurses were surveyed in our hospital from August 2008 to July 2011,and the results were analyzed. Results Among 110 assistant nurses,24~26 year- old accounted for 60%,tertiary education accounted for 20.9%,working age mostly between 2~3 years.Depression,fear,worry,anxiety,regret,etc.were the most prominent state of mind of nurses. Conclusions The old and new with mentoring,early implementation of psychological interventions,maintenance of their self- esteem and strengthening the humanistic quality training can effectively stabilize psychological state of assistant nurses.The implementation of people- centered care management model not only can improve the overall professional quality of the nurses,but also can reach the ultimate goal of nurses,patients,hospitals tripartite benefit.
