目的 探讨和观察断1/2内眦韧带改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 回顾性分析断1/2内眦韧带改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术106例(119眼).术后随访6个月～4年,观察手术效果.结果 术后平均随访(2.0±1.3)年,治愈103例116眼占97.48％,好转3眼占2.52％,无下睑松弛并发症发生.结论 断1/2内眦韧带改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术省时、简便、成功率高,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的较有效的手术.

목적 탐토화관찰단1/2내자인대개량적루낭비강문합술치료만성루낭염적료효.방법 회고성분석단1/2내자인대개량적루낭비강문합술106례(119안).술후수방6개월～4년,관찰수술효과.결과 술후평균수방(2.0±1.3)년,치유103례116안점97.48％,호전3안점2.52％,무하검송이병발증발생.결론 단1/2내자인대개량적루낭비강문합술성시、간편、성공솔고,시치료만성루낭염적교유효적수술.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of modified dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods The study reviewed 106 patients (119 eyes) who underwent surgery between February 2000 and April 2010.One hundred and six cases ( 119 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were performed cutting off a half of inner canthus ligament and improved dacryocystorhinostomy.Results There were no significant differences in age or gender.Total cases were followed up 6 monthsc to 4 years after operation.103 cases (97.48％) were cured,3 cases (2.52％) were improved.Conclusions Modified dacryocystorhinostomy is a surgery with time-saving,simple and high success rate,so it should be the first choice for the surgical treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
