以十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)为胶束试剂,在优化的实验条件下,对兔体血浆中丹参酮Ⅱ A的血药浓度进行了24 h的连续监测,检出限为1.2 ×10-9 g/mL,血中丹参酮Ⅱ A的含量在2.81×10-6 ~0.30×10-6 g/mL之间。该法简便、灵敏、效果良好。
以十二烷基磺痠鈉(SLS)為膠束試劑,在優化的實驗條件下,對兔體血漿中丹參酮Ⅱ A的血藥濃度進行瞭24 h的連續鑑測,檢齣限為1.2 ×10-9 g/mL,血中丹參酮Ⅱ A的含量在2.81×10-6 ~0.30×10-6 g/mL之間。該法簡便、靈敏、效果良好。

Using SLS as a micella reagent, the blood-drug concen tration of tanshione Ⅱ A in rabbit blood was monitored contin ously for 24 h under the optimized conditions. The detection limit was 1.2×10 -9 g/mL. The results showed that there was 2.81×10-6~0.30×10-6 g/mL of tanshinone Ⅱ A in blood. The proposed method was sim ple and sensitive with good results.
