[目的]评价越冬泽鹬器官表型的变化趋势.[方法] 选择在上海越冬的泽鹬作样本,按迁移时间分为中转停歇期和越冬期,分析这两个阶段泽鹬体重的差异,并分析泽鹬越冬期机体结构变化及2002~2004年的环志数据,评估其器官表型弹性变化的趋势.[结果] 越冬泽鹬样本平均体重为(81.760±11.217)g,比中转停歇期的增加了14.570 g.增重的最大因素是脂肪,占72.260%;其次是胸肌部分,为14.170%;腿肌随体重仅略有增加,占3.490%.在越冬早期,腿肌、剩余骨骼及肝、砂囊、心、脑、肺、肾等重量都保持稳定,不随体重增加变化.与迁徙期的研究资料比较,越冬早期泽鹬器官大小弹性变化的范围和程度均较小.[结论] 越冬期的泽鹬的脂肪、胸肌和腿肌均随体重增加发生不同程度地变化,其他器官没有实质性变化.
[目的]評價越鼕澤鷸器官錶型的變化趨勢.[方法] 選擇在上海越鼕的澤鷸作樣本,按遷移時間分為中轉停歇期和越鼕期,分析這兩箇階段澤鷸體重的差異,併分析澤鷸越鼕期機體結構變化及2002~2004年的環誌數據,評估其器官錶型彈性變化的趨勢.[結果] 越鼕澤鷸樣本平均體重為(81.760±11.217)g,比中轉停歇期的增加瞭14.570 g.增重的最大因素是脂肪,佔72.260%;其次是胸肌部分,為14.170%;腿肌隨體重僅略有增加,佔3.490%.在越鼕早期,腿肌、剩餘骨骼及肝、砂囊、心、腦、肺、腎等重量都保持穩定,不隨體重增加變化.與遷徙期的研究資料比較,越鼕早期澤鷸器官大小彈性變化的範圍和程度均較小.[結論] 越鼕期的澤鷸的脂肪、胸肌和腿肌均隨體重增加髮生不同程度地變化,其他器官沒有實質性變化.

[Objective]The study aimed to evaluate the change trend of the organ phenotype in wintering marsh sandpiper.[Method] Marsh sandpiper wintering in Shanghai was chose as the sample and the migrating time was divided into 2 periods of stopover period and wintering period. The weight difference of marsh sandpiper in 2 periods was compared,the change of body structure in wintering marsh sandpiper and the ringing data from 2002-2004 were analyzed and the variation trend of phenotypic flexibility of body structure in wintering marsh sandpiper was also assessed.[Result] The mean body weight of wintering marsh sandpiper was (81.760±11.217)g,being 14.570 g higher than that of stopover birds. The fat content was most factor for weight increasing,accounting for 72.260%,the breast muscle was the next,accounting for 14.170% and the leg muscle had a slight increase with body weight,accounting for 3.490%. In early wintering period,the weights of leg muscle,the rest of skeleton,liver,gizzard,heart,brains,lungs,and kidney etc. Were all homeostatic and had no change with weight increase. Compared with the research data of migration,the flexibility change range was small for the organ size in early wintering marsh sandpiper.[Conclusion] The fat content,breast muscle and leg muscles wintering marsh sandpiper had change to different extent and the rest organs had no substantial change.
