采用由氧化锌12g/L、氢氧化钠94 g/L、2-氨基-3-羧基吡啶4.2 g/L、四乙烯五胺17g/L、三乙醇胺2g/L、专利表面活性剂0.5 g/L及碳三氧化二铬(粒径2μm)0~ 11 g/L组成的镀液,于温度50℃、pH 6.5和电流密度4A/dm2的条件下,在低碳钢上电镀Zn-Cr2O3复合镀层.其显微硬度采用维氏硬度计测量,耐磨性用Taber磨耗试验机测量,表面形貌和显微组织采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进行分析,在3,5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性以电化学阻抗谱(EIS)评价.证实了锌基体中存在团聚的Cr2O3颗粒.与纯锌镀层相比,Zn-Cr2O3复合镀层的机械性能及耐蚀性能更好.

Zn-Cr2O3 composite coatings were prepared on mild steel by electroplating from a cyanide-free bath containing ZnO 12 g/L,NaOH 94 g/L,2-amino-3-carboxypyridine 4.2 g/L,tetraethylenepentamine 17 g/L,triethanolamine 2 g/L,proprietary surfactant 0.5 g/L and Cr2O3particles (2 μm in diameter) 0-11 g/L at temperature 50 ℃,pH 6.5,and current density 4 A/dm2.The microhardness of the composite coatings was examined by Vickers tester,the wear resistance by Taber abrasion tester,the surface morphology and microstructure by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),and the corrosionresistance by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)in 3.5wt% NaCl solution.The existence of aggregated Cr2O3particles in zinc matrix was confirmed.The Zn-Cr2O3composite coatings exhibit superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance to zinc coatings.
