目的观察慢性束缚应激模型大鼠血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇及血糖的变化规律.方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠120只,随机分为束缚应激组及对照组,各60只,两组分别于1周、2周、4周、6周、8周时检测血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇、葡萄糖水平.结果束缚应激组1周时,大鼠血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白.胆固醇、血糖水平与对照组相比均显著升高(P<0.05).束缚应激组大鼠除血糖与对照组相比表现为持续升高趋势外,甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白一胆固醇水平在慢性束缚应激第4周后均出现下降趋势,甚至低于对照组(P>0.05).结论慢性束缚应激所引起的血清脂质水平改变呈各自不同的变化趋势,不同于急性应激.
목적 관찰만성속박응격모형대서혈청감유삼지、총담고순、저밀도지단백-담고순급혈당적변화규률.방법 건강웅성Wistar대서120지,수궤분위속박응격조급대조조,각60지,량조분별우1주、2주、4주、6주、8주시검측혈청감유삼지、총담고순、저밀도지단백-담고순、포도당수평.결과 속박응격조1주시,대서혈청감유삼지、총담고순、저밀도지단백.담고순、혈당수평여대조조상비균현저승고(P<0.05).속박응격조대서제혈당여대조조상비표현위지속승고추세외,감유삼지、총담고순、저밀도지단백일담고순수평재만성속박응격제4주후균출현하강추세,심지저우대조조(P>0.05).결론 만성속박응격소인기적혈청지질수평개변정각자불동적변화추세,불동우급성응격.
Objective To investigate the change of the content of triglyceride,total eholesterol,low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol and glucose in serum of the chronic restraint stress model ruts.Methods 120 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly devided into restraint stress group and control group,each group has 60 rats.The content of triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotoin-cholesterol and glucose in serum in two groups were detected after 1 week, 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks, respectively.Results Compared with the control group, serum triglyeeride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol and glucose of the model rats were significantly increased after 1 week (P < 0.05).Compared with control group, serum glucose levels in the restraint stress mrs were gradually inerensed, while serum triglyceride, total cho-lesterol and low-density-cholesterol lipoprotein levels were decreased after 4 weeks, or even lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Chronic restraint stress may cause the metabolic disorder of lipid, and is different from the effects of short-term stress.
