介绍龋病成因及其早期诊断的现代理念和诊断标准,客观叙述了光学相干断层成像(OCT)、定量光激发荧光法(QIF)、激光荧光技术(IF)、红外热成像(IHT)、超声成像(UIT)等新兴龋齿早期检测技术的研究进展、存在问题和临床应用前景.指出经不断探索完善后的快速、无创、量化的现代龋齿早期检测技术将会使未来的牙科医生能够高效精确地在亚临床水平早期诊断龋病并采取有效的干预措施及时遏制甚至逆转龋病进程,降低龋齿发病率,提高人体健康水平.

Introduce etiopathogenisis of odontosphacelism,ideal early diagnostic standard for detecting caries,as well as new concept and hish-teches for early diagnosis of dental caries.Recount objectively the great achivments obtained nowadays for early caries dictating with optical coherence tomography(OCT),quantitative light induced fluorescence(QLF),laser fluorescence methods(LF),ultrasonic imaging technique (UZT) and infrared heat imaging technique(IHT),also the remaining inadequacy and clinical perspective of all.Finally pointed that the improved moden high-teches for quantitively dictating early dental caries will provide dentist with new effective,precise and un-traumatic diagnostic methods to arrest decayed process preclinically and adopt early intervention to dental caries as soon as possible,so as to reduce the incidence of caries and keep the health of human body.
