目的 了解全血细胞减少患者血液学分析情况.方法 对我院1998年至2008年间232例全血细胞减少患者进行外周血涂片、骨髓象分析.结果 本组经血液学、外周血涂片、骨髓细胞学检查确诊原发病157例(67.67%),其中急性白血病60例(25.86%),再生障碍性贫血39例(16.8%),骨髓增生异常综合征25例(10.78%),慢性肝病、肝硬化23例(9.91%),各种感染20例(8.34%).结论 全血细胞减少的病因主要是血液系统肿瘤疾病.
目的 瞭解全血細胞減少患者血液學分析情況.方法 對我院1998年至2008年間232例全血細胞減少患者進行外週血塗片、骨髓象分析.結果 本組經血液學、外週血塗片、骨髓細胞學檢查確診原髮病157例(67.67%),其中急性白血病60例(25.86%),再生障礙性貧血39例(16.8%),骨髓增生異常綜閤徵25例(10.78%),慢性肝病、肝硬化23例(9.91%),各種感染20例(8.34%).結論 全血細胞減少的病因主要是血液繫統腫瘤疾病.
목적 료해전혈세포감소환자혈액학분석정황.방법 대아원1998년지2008년간232례전혈세포감소환자진행외주혈도편、골수상분석.결과 본조경혈액학、외주혈도편、골수세포학검사학진원발병157례(67.67%),기중급성백혈병60례(25.86%),재생장애성빈혈39례(16.8%),골수증생이상종합정25례(10.78%),만성간병、간경화23례(9.91%),각충감염20례(8.34%).결론 전혈세포감소적병인주요시혈액계통종류질병.
Objective To explore the hematology characteristics of cases with pancytopenia patients.Methods To measure and analyze the peripheral blood and status of bone marrow in 232 cases with pancytopenia patient between 1998 and 2008.Results Diagnosis primary affection 157 cases(67.67%) by bone marrow cytomorphologic examination in these 232 cases.Ratio of cases with acute leukemia was 25.86%.Ratio of cases with aplastic anemia,myelodysplastic syndrome,chronic liver disease and infection was respectively 16.8%,10.78%,9.91% and 6.34%.Conclusions Etiopathogenisis of pancytopenia patient is concerned with hematological system disease.
