原油及油源岩非烃馏分的研究是有机地球化学的薄弱环节,至于有关重要稠油非烃馏分的地球化学研究报道更是寥寥无几。本文研究结果表明重稠油非烃馏分含氮硫氧化合物的色谱分离分析方法主要与重稠油非烃馏分含氮化合物的种类,分子量和化学性质有关,因此分离方案常常是多步色谱分离方法的有机组合。本文采用多步分离,梯度洗脱的综合色谱分离方案,目的在于将主要杂原子化合物与组成原油总体的烃类和含硫芳香化合物分开,减少非烃杂原子与吸附剂的接触时间,该方案能很好的兼顾重稠油中化合物种类多、分子量跨度大、极性变化范围大等特性,并且有效地分离出重现性好可用于地球化学研究的含 NSO类化合物。这种方案将会给重稠油非烃组分地球化学研究带来一次飞跃。

The study of non-hydrocarbon fraction of crude oil and source rocks is a weak field for organic geochemistry. As for documents about heavy oils' non-hydroca rb on study, it is rather sparse because of difficulties in analy tical chemistry. The main aim o f this study is to demonstrate how to select right chromatography analysis sc heme for non-hydrocarbon fraction of heavy oils, not only theoretically but al so practically. The result indicate that there is apparent correlation for the fitable scheme selection and the nature and quantity of bulk chemical substance. M eanwhile, the fitable scheme selection should consider the hetero-atom compoun ds sorts, molecular weight and chemical property. Therefore, the fitable separatio n scheme should be a multistep separation and gradient elution scheme. The scheme used by author includes two step solid-liquid chromatography and one step ion -e xchange chromatography isolation. The aim of this scheme is to separate the hete ro-atom compounds from major constitutes, such as hydrocarbon and sulphureous aromatic compounds. The scheme pays attention to much more compound sorts, bigge r range of molecular weight and variation of compound polarity. The chromatograph y is of better repeatability and can be used for NSO-containing compound geoch em istry studies. This study will bring about a greater leap for non-hydrocarbon study of heavy oil.
