目的探讨牙膏中铅、镉、铜、锌、锶同时测定的原子吸收法.方法样品采用硝酸-过氧化氢浸提,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定牙膏中铅、镉、铜、锶含量,用火焰原子吸收法测定牙膏中锌含量.结果铅、镉、铜、锌和锶的原子吸收测定法的线性范围分别为0.012 5~0.0500,0.0040~0.0160,0.050~0.200,0.5~2.0,0.025~0.075μg/ml;相关系数分别为:0.994 6,0.993 9,0.999 3,0.995 8,0.999 2;检出限分别为0.234、0.204、0.078、0.348、0.048μg/g;回收率分别为81.3%和90.2%,73.4%和88.9%,89.6%和93%,93.1%和105%,104%和111%;RSD为3.50%~9.08%.结论该方法简便,灵敏度、精密度、准确度较好,适合对牙膏样品进行多元素分析.
