为了明确几丁质酶在大豆抗大豆胞囊线虫中的作用,测定了不同抗性大豆品种被大豆胞囊线虫侵染前后以及供试诱导剂诱导被豆胞囊线虫侵染后不同抗性大豆品种根内几丁质酶活性变化.结果表明,正常生长情况下,不同抗性大豆品种根内几丁质酶活性无明显差异.接种大豆胞囊线虫后,无论是抗病品种还是感病品种几丁质酶活性均增高.经过几丁质、壳聚糖和低聚糖诱导处理大豆胞囊线虫侵染的大豆后,均能在一定程度上诱导几丁质酶活性进一步增强,并随着时间的延长,酶活性表现出一定的消长趋势;与其他两个诱导剂处理相比,几丁质诱导处理大豆后几丁质酶活性高峰提前,酶活性增加幅度大.
為瞭明確幾丁質酶在大豆抗大豆胞囊線蟲中的作用,測定瞭不同抗性大豆品種被大豆胞囊線蟲侵染前後以及供試誘導劑誘導被豆胞囊線蟲侵染後不同抗性大豆品種根內幾丁質酶活性變化.結果錶明,正常生長情況下,不同抗性大豆品種根內幾丁質酶活性無明顯差異.接種大豆胞囊線蟲後,無論是抗病品種還是感病品種幾丁質酶活性均增高.經過幾丁質、殼聚糖和低聚糖誘導處理大豆胞囊線蟲侵染的大豆後,均能在一定程度上誘導幾丁質酶活性進一步增彊,併隨著時間的延長,酶活性錶現齣一定的消長趨勢;與其他兩箇誘導劑處理相比,幾丁質誘導處理大豆後幾丁質酶活性高峰提前,酶活性增加幅度大.

Tbe chitinase activity of different resistance soybean roots were determined before and after being infected by soybean cyst nematode and also in different resistance soybean roots infected by soybean cyst nematode and inoculated with elicitors in order to identify the effects of chitinase to resistant SCN.The results showed that the chitinase activity of different resistance soybean varieties with uninoculation were no significant difference.The chitinase activity increased in both the resistance and susceptible soybean after inoculating soybean cyst nematode. And the chitinase activity enlarged to some extent after inoculating with chitin,chitosan and oligosaccharides.As time went on,the chitinase activity showed a certain degree of growth and decline trends.The peak of chitinaso activity was earlier and the range of increasement was larger than the other two elicitors after the inducing treatment of chitinase.
