The Provision 106 of Property Law clearly difnes the system of goodwill acquisition of real estate, breakthrough the limi-tation of our country's traditional civil law only to personal property. This article elaborates on the legislative basis, applicable condi-tions, legal effect, the inadequacies and further improvement of the system.
