采集不同酸碱度的4种土壤样品,采用人工外源添加方式配制As、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn污染土壤,并应用Tessier、BCR和TCLP对土壤中重金属的活性部分进行提取,结果表明,BCR能较合理地提取出酸性土壤中的活性部分重金属,Tessier能较合理地提取出碱性土壤中的活性部分重金属;对不同性质土壤中重金属进行形态提取应采用不同的提取方法.
採集不同痠堿度的4種土壤樣品,採用人工外源添加方式配製As、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn汙染土壤,併應用Tessier、BCR和TCLP對土壤中重金屬的活性部分進行提取,結果錶明,BCR能較閤理地提取齣痠性土壤中的活性部分重金屬,Tessier能較閤理地提取齣堿性土壤中的活性部分重金屬;對不同性質土壤中重金屬進行形態提取應採用不同的提取方法.

Four kinds of soil samples with different pH values were collected and the synthetically heavy metals contaminated soils were obtained by adding the corresponding metal salts. Tessier, BCR and TCLP extraction techniques were employed to extract heavy metals available fraction.The results illustrated that BCR was suitable to extract heavy metals available fraction for acidic soils whereas Tessier was suitable for alkaline soils. In order to extract heavy metals available fraction in soils correctly, different sequential extraction procedures should be employed for soils with different properties.
