Cynanchum komarovii%Alkaloid%Antikacterial effect
[目的]研究牛心朴子的抑菌作用,为开发利用牛心朴子资源提供理论依据.[方法]将牛心朴子全草烘干粉碎后,用乙醇溶剂浸提.以金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌、肠炎沙门氏菌及鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为供试菌,研究其抑菌活性,并测定其相应最小抑菌浓度(MIC).[结果]牛心朴子生物碱提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌具有较好的抑制作用,其MIC分别为12.500、1.563、3.125及6.250 mg/ml;但对猪霍乱沙门氏菌、肠炎沙门氏菌及鼠伤寒沙门氏菌无抑制作用.[结论]牛心朴子生物碱提取物对动物致病菌有一定的抑菌效果.

[목적]연구우심박자적억균작용,위개발이용우심박자자원제공이론의거.[방법]장우심박자전초홍간분쇄후,용을순용제침제.이금황색포도구균、무유련구균、사양아포간균、대장간균、저곽란사문씨균、장염사문씨균급서상한사문씨균위공시균,연구기억균활성,병측정기상응최소억균농도(MIC).[결과]우심박자생물감제취물대금황색포도구균、무유련구균、사양아포간균、대장간균구유교호적억제작용,기MIC분별위12.500、1.563、3.125급6.250 mg/ml;단대저곽란사문씨균、장염사문씨균급서상한사문씨균무억제작용.[결론]우심박자생물감제취물대동물치병균유일정적억균효과.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antibacterial effect of Cynanchum romarovii and supply theoretical foundation for developing and utilizing Cynanchum komarovii resources. [ Method ] After Cynarchum komarovii was dried and shattered ,then extracted by 95% ethanol. Staphylococcus aureus. Streptococcus agalactiae. Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli. Salmonella choleraesuis, Salmonella enterUidis and Salmonella typimurium were used as tested bacteria, the bacteriostasis was studied and the minima] inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured. [ Result] The alkaloid extract of Cynanchum komarovii had conspicuous bacteriostasis on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus agalactiae and Escherichia coli , the MIC to these four tested bacteria was 12. 500,1.563,3. 125 and 6.250 mg/ml respectively. But it had no bacteriostasis effect on S. choleraesuis, S. typhim.uri.um and S. enterilidis. [ Conclusion ] The alkaloid extract of Cynanchum komarovii had antibacterial effect on animal pathogenic bacterium.
