基于聚乙二醇(PEG)对Ni~(2+)催化过硫酸钠(Na_2S_2O_8)氧化靛红褪色反应的增敏效果,建立了一种新的测定Ni~(2+)的增敏动力学光度法.确定了最佳的褪色反应条件为:1.0×10~(-3) mol/L靛红2mL、4.0×10~(-3)mol/L Na_2S_2O_8 1.5 mL、PEG400 0.5mL;反应温度为75℃.该方法的线性范围为1.0-10.0μg/25mL,检出限为4.8×10~(-2)μg/mL.催化反应为一级反应,表观活化能为58.17kJ/mol,表观反应常数为2.15×10~(-4)s~(-1).方法用于土壤中镍测定,结果满意.

A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination Ni(Ⅱ)has been developed based on the enhancement of the catalytic effect of Ni(Ⅱ)on the oxidation fading reaction of isatin and sodium persulfate.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:2mL of 1.0×10~(-3)mol/L isatin violet;1.5mL of 4.0×10~(-3)mol/L sodium persulfate;0.5mL peg;the reaction temperature is 75℃.The linear range is 1.0-10.0μg/25mL and the detection limit is 4.8×10~(-2)μg/mL.The catalytic reaction follows the first-order reaction and the apparent activation energy of the reaction is 58.17kJ/mol and the rate constant is 2.15×10~(-4)s~(-1).This method was used to determine nickel in soil.
