近年来,随着反腐败斗争的不断深入,职务犯罪高发的态势得到有效遏制。但由于种种原因,司法实践中,对职务犯罪适用缓刑居高不下、免予刑事处罚的数量日渐增多,对职务犯罪人判处较轻刑罚的司法趋向引起了社会各界的高度关注和争议,这不利于反腐败斗争的不断深入开展,不利于有效预防和遏制职务犯罪。
近年來,隨著反腐敗鬥爭的不斷深入,職務犯罪高髮的態勢得到有效遏製。但由于種種原因,司法實踐中,對職務犯罪適用緩刑居高不下、免予刑事處罰的數量日漸增多,對職務犯罪人判處較輕刑罰的司法趨嚮引起瞭社會各界的高度關註和爭議,這不利于反腐敗鬥爭的不斷深入開展,不利于有效預防和遏製職務犯罪。
근년래,수착반부패두쟁적불단심입,직무범죄고발적태세득도유효알제。단유우충충원인,사법실천중,대직무범죄괄용완형거고불하、면여형사처벌적수량일점증다,대직무범죄인판처교경형벌적사법추향인기료사회각계적고도관주화쟁의,저불리우반부패두쟁적불단심입개전,불리우유효예방화알제직무범죄。
In recent years,with the deepening of the struggle against corruption, high trend of jobrelated crimes has been effectively curbed.However,due to various reasons,in the judicial practice,the probations applied to the crimes and the exemptions from criminal punishment were growing.The judicial trend of light punishment to the jobrelated offenders has aroused great concern and controversy, which is not conducive to the continuous struggle against corruption in depth and effective prevention of such crimes.
