目的 比较3种孵化法检测牛血吸虫病的效果.方法 将野外收集的血吸虫病阳性牛粪和实验室人工定量掺入虫卵的牛粪,分别用粪便铜丝筛淘洗尼龙兜过滤孵化法(常规法)、快速粪便毛蚴孵化法(快速法)、粪便双层尼龙兜淘洗孵化法(双层法)做病原学检测.结果 快速法毛蚴相对孵出率为100％,而常规法为40.00％ ～ 81.86％,双层法为27.00％～63.16％.双层法的检出率最低,常规法和双层法差异无统计学意义.结论 快速法可代替常规法用于牛血吸虫病的病原学检测.

Objective To compare the effects of 3 hatching methods in detecting schistosomiasis of cattle.Methods Feces from schistosomiasis positive cattle or artificial mixed with Schistosoma japonicum eggs were used to exam S.japonicum miracidium in stool for evaluating fast hatching test,routine hatching test and double nylon hatching test.Results The hatchability rate of S.japonicum miracidium in stool with fast hatching test was 100％ and that with the routine hatching test was 40.00％-81.86％,while with the double nylon hatching test was 27.00％-63.16％,respectively.Conclusion Fast hatching test is simpler and faster for examination of cattle schistosomiasis.
