目的 通过对物理诊断学教学内容、教学方法和考核方式的改革,探索新形势下提高医学生体格检查和病史采集技能水平的途径.方法 将物理诊断学教学提前至第二学年;增加教学时数和教学内容,主要是实验课;实行小班授课、小组训练;改革考核方法,增加技能考核,加强形成性评价和反馈;注重人文素质培养及督导.结果 改革后物理诊断学综合各科基本查体技能,融入现代教学技术,强调实践操作能力培养,实行理论与实践相结合的评价方法,同时注重教师在新教学环境下教学能力的重塑.结论 汕头大学医学院物理诊断学的教学改革实践无论从课程设计、教学内容、教学手段、评价方法,还是教师队伍建设等方面,均取得了一定的成效.

Objective To explore the way for developing medical student' s skills of physical examination and history taking with the reform of the educational concept,curriculum and teaching methods and techniques.Methods The subject of clinical diagnostics is undertaken in the second year at Shan tou University Medical College (SUMC) with increasing teaching hours and adding contents,particular in practice class.Small class teaching and small group training were adopted and assessment reform such as teaching objective structured clinical examination (TOSCE) was carried out.More attentions were paid in formative assessment and feedback,focused on humanity education.Results The new curriculum of clinical diagnostics is more comprehensive,including multidisplinary skills of physical examination,application for modem teaching techniques to improve student' s clinical skills and reform of assessment plus theory with practice.To meet the demand of the new curriculum,teachers were required to improve their teaching abilities.Conclusions The reform of clinical diagnostics at SUMC included design of the course,contents,pedagogies,assessment and the teaching abilities of faculty.Our experience may be feasible for other medical schools.
