目的探讨白内障手术中后囊大破裂口下植入后房人工晶状体的临床疗效.方法 26例(26眼)小切口非超声乳化白内障手术因失误导致后囊破裂,且破裂口大于1/2,经行脱出玻璃体切除处理后,充分利用残存囊行人工晶状体睫状沟植入,并回顾分析其疗效.结果术后1周约80％达到0.3或以上矫正视力;主要并发症为角膜水肿浑浊(88.46％),但多在1周内消失.结论本手术术后并发症少而轻,视力恢复较快,是白内障手术后囊大破裂口发生后仍能常规植入后房IOL的有效补救手段.
목적 탐토백내장수술중후낭대파렬구하식입후방인공정상체적림상료효.방법 26례(26안)소절구비초성유화백내장수술인실오도치후낭파렬,차파렬구대우1/2,경행탈출파리체절제처리후,충분이용잔존낭행인공정상체첩상구식입,병회고분석기료효.결과 술후1주약80％체도0.3혹이상교정시력;주요병발증위각막수종혼탁(88.46％),단다재1주내소실.결론 본수술술후병발증소이경,시력회복교쾌,시백내장수술후낭대파렬구발생후잉능상규식입후방IOL적유효보구수단.
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in posterior capsular rupture with large mouth during cataract operation.Method The postoperative results of 26 cases(26 eyes) with more than 1/2 of whose posterior capsular ruptured because of the errors during cataract operation in small incision and non-phacoemulsification,by fluxion vitrectomy and using residual capsular for ciliary sucus-fixed IOL implantation,were studied retrospectively.Results One week after surgery,the corrected visual acuity was 0.3 or better( about 80％ ).The major complication was corneal edema and opacity which disappeared within one week (88.46％).Conclusion With less and minor postoperative complication,and faster visual acuity recovery,the operation is effective method when posterior capsular ruptured largely and posterior chamber IOL also can be implanted routinely during cataract operation.
