目的 探讨纤维乳管内视镜在乳头溢液性乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值.方法 2007年6月至2008年8月,对65例乳头溢液的病例运用了纤维乳管镜检查,观察溢液导管及其分支的管腔和管壁结构,发现并确定病灶位置,记录病变导管的形态特征;将溢液性质、检查结果、手术病理结果进行总结分析.结果 镜检诊断乳腺癌3例,乳头状瘤29例,乳头状瘤病7例,乳管扩张症11例,乳管炎症14例,溢乳症l例,经病理证实符合率92.9%.结论 纤维乳管内视镜能够更准确、直观地明确乳头溢液性乳腺痰病的病因、病变范围及部位,提高了早期乳腺癌的检出率.

목적 탐토섬유유관내시경재유두일액성유선질병진단중적응용개치.방법 2007년6월지2008년8월,대65례유두일액적병례운용료섬유유관경검사,관찰일액도관급기분지적관강화관벽결구,발현병학정병조위치,기록병변도관적형태특정;장일액성질、검사결과、수술병리결과진행총결분석.결과 경검진단유선암3례,유두상류29례,유두상류병7례,유관확장증11례,유관염증14례,일유증l례,경병리증실부합솔92.9%.결론 섬유유관내시경능구경준학、직관지명학유두일액성유선담병적병인、병변범위급부위,제고료조기유선암적검출솔.
Objective To explore the value of fiberoptic ductoscopy in diagnosis of nipple dis-charge diseases. Methods From June 2007 to' August 2008,65 patients with nipple discharge were ex-amined by fiberoptic ductoscopy, to investigate concerned duct with its branch and define location and ex-tent of intraductal leisions. The relationship between the nipple discharge colors, examination results and pathological results were analyzed. Results Of the 65 cases ,3 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer,29 papilloma,7 papillomatosis, 11 mammary duct ectasia, 14 inflammatory disease of mammary, and 1 galac-torrhea. 92. 9% of them acted in accord with the pathological diagnosis. Conclusions Breast fiberoptic ductoscopy can confirm etiological factors and locate the site of nipple discharge, and is effect in diagnosis of early breast cancer.
