研究了热处理温度对有机添加剂硬铬镀层性能的影响。经过200~300℃、1h热处理后的镀层,其硬度有了明显的提高,同时耐磨性也得到改善,但硬度和耐磨性的最优点对应着不同的热处理温度。对镀层的XPS分析表明,这是由于镀层中的有机碳化物,经热处理后析出所致。镀层的EDAX分析表明,热处理使镀层表面氧含量增高,但对镀层微裂纹数量和宽度没有明显影响。由XRD实验结果可知,热处理后镀层的晶体结构未发生改变。

It was found that hardness and wear resistance of coating were improved significantly after 1 hour heat treatment (200~ 300℃ ). And their optimum heat treatment temperatures were different. This was because organic carbonide in coating was reduced after treatment. Results of EDAX showed that heat treatment could increase content of O in coating surface, but has little effect on number and width of mio-ocracks. It was revealed from results of XRD that the crystal structure of coating had not changed after heat treatment.
