研究了ICP-AES测定银锭中Bi,Fe,Pb,Cu和Sb的分析方法,考察了基体及无机酸浓度对被测元素分析线强度的影响,选择了仪器最佳分析条件.试验结果表明,在选定的最佳条件下测定,Bi,Fe,Pb,Cu和Sb的检出限分别为0.0006,0.0003,0.0009,0.0015和0.0002μg/mL,相对标准偏差分别为6.52%,5.92%,7.01%,3.17%和6.90%.该法简便、快速、灵敏度高,检出限、精密度及准确度令人满意,完全能满足分析要求.
