系统性红斑狼疮是一种侵犯身体多脏器的典型的自体免疫疾病,对人体危害极大。严重肾脏受累的系统性红斑狼疮患者如果不给予适当治疗会进展到末期肾病,甚至死亡。系统性红斑狼疮的治疗是现今研究关注的热点。现有的激素治疗由于副作用以及对病程恶化无显著改善而限制了其临床应用。生物技术药物因其良好的靶向性为治疗系统性红斑狼疮提供了新的思路,其安全性和有效性已在临床试验中证明。本文对生物技术药物用于治疗系统性红斑狼疮的研究作一综述。
繫統性紅斑狼瘡是一種侵犯身體多髒器的典型的自體免疫疾病,對人體危害極大。嚴重腎髒受纍的繫統性紅斑狼瘡患者如果不給予適噹治療會進展到末期腎病,甚至死亡。繫統性紅斑狼瘡的治療是現今研究關註的熱點。現有的激素治療由于副作用以及對病程噁化無顯著改善而限製瞭其臨床應用。生物技術藥物因其良好的靶嚮性為治療繫統性紅斑狼瘡提供瞭新的思路,其安全性和有效性已在臨床試驗中證明。本文對生物技術藥物用于治療繫統性紅斑狼瘡的研究作一綜述。

This paper aims to review the current development of therapies of systemic lupus erythe-matosus (SLE) based on biological agents. The conventional immunosuppressive therapies such as azathio-prine, cyclophosphamide and ormethotrexate reduce disease activity and improves the patients' general health conditions. However, these treatments have possible side effects. According to domestic and foreign literatures, new developed biological agents against SLE are summarized as follows: biologic agents that block B-cell activation; biologic agents that induce tolerance; biologic agents that induce antibody targeting IFN; biologic agents that target anti-dsDNA, Antigen-Based Heteropolymer. From these results it could be concluded that biological agents open a new path for the treatment of SLE.
