为了对经颅磁刺激下大脑内部磁场分布和变化规律进行准确分析,并对刺激线圈进行个性化设计,设计了经颅磁刺激电磁场分析系统.利用有限元方法,建立真实头模型,对线圈产生的脉冲磁场整个过程做全面的电路磁场混合分析,仿真不同线圈参数在脑内产生的效果.同时,根据临床磁刺激需要,结合数据库技术对磁刺激线圈参数进行自动优化选择.实验表明,该系统分析准确,为实际刺激线圈的制作和临床刺激强度的选择提供了依据.
為瞭對經顱磁刺激下大腦內部磁場分佈和變化規律進行準確分析,併對刺激線圈進行箇性化設計,設計瞭經顱磁刺激電磁場分析繫統.利用有限元方法,建立真實頭模型,對線圈產生的脈遲磁場整箇過程做全麵的電路磁場混閤分析,倣真不同線圈參數在腦內產生的效果.同時,根據臨床磁刺激需要,結閤數據庫技術對磁刺激線圈參數進行自動優化選擇.實驗錶明,該繫統分析準確,為實際刺激線圈的製作和臨床刺激彊度的選擇提供瞭依據.

To correctly analyze distribution and changing rules of magnetic field in the brain under transcranial magnetic stimulation,and to obtain individualized design of the coil,magnetic field analyzing system of transcranial magnetic stimulation was designed.A circuit-magnetic field coupling analysis was made to analyze the whole pulse magnetic field progress through using finite element method and establishing a real head model,and the effect in the brain with different coil parameters was simulated.Then database technology was applied to realize automatic optimization of the coil parameters according to requirements of the clinic stimulation.This analysis is proved to be reliable and can provide foundation for making the coil stimulation and choosing the magnetic field of clinic stimulation.
