文章采用文献资料研究法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和对比法从竞赛规则发展的角度对竞技北狮技术进行分析研究。研究结果如下：高质量完成高难度技术动作和挖掘成套动作编排的艺术性将是竞技北狮发展的必然趋势。一方面要建立完善的训练、竞赛体制,并重视系统化、科学化的训练;另一方面要求教练员、运动员必须熟悉新规则和北狮发展的国际动态,合理编排、全面创新、巧妙设计难度动作,并选择或制定科技化音乐,进而促进北狮运动的快速发展。

This paper,with the methods of literature,expert interview,logical analysis and comparason,from the perspective of Competition Rules development,does the analysis and research of the North Lions Technology.The results show： high quality of technical movements and mining the art of the sport will be the developing trend of competitive North lion.On the one hand,the effective measure of promoting the fast development of north lions dance include establishing a perfect training,competition system,and paying attenton to the importance of systematic and scientific training;On the other hand include coaches and players must be familiar with the new rules and the world developing trends of the sport,comprehensive innovation,clever design movements with difficulty and choosing or developing scientific music.
