目的对住院精神分裂症患者服用抗精神病药物所致白细胞减少进行临床分析.方法对服用抗精神病药物治疗的患者定期检查血常规,观察白细胞减少情况.结果 3141例精神分裂症患者服用抗精神病药物治疗,出现白细胞减少299例,发生率为9.52%.单一用药者2641例,发生白细胞减少239例(9.05%),合并用药者500例,发生白细胞减少60例(12.00%),新型非典型抗精神病药物发生率低,合并用药者较单一用药者发生率高.结论抗精神病药物几乎都有可能引起白细胞下降,是一种可逆反应,可完全恢复.定期监测血象,早发现、早处理是关键.
목적 대주원정신분렬증환자복용항정신병약물소치백세포감소진행림상분석.방법 대복용항정신병약물치료적환자정기검사혈상규,관찰백세포감소정황.결과 3141례정신분렬증환자복용항정신병약물치료,출현백세포감소299례,발생솔위9.52%.단일용약자2641례,발생백세포감소239례(9.05%),합병용약자500례,발생백세포감소60례(12.00%),신형비전형항정신병약물발생솔저,합병용약자교단일용약자발생솔고.결론 항정신병약물궤호도유가능인기백세포하강,시일충가역반응,가완전회복.정기감측혈상,조발현、조처리시관건.
Objective In order to make a clinical analysis on the leukocytes decrease caused by administration of anti-psychiatric medications of schizophrenics in hospital.Methods Taking Routine Blood Test regularly to the schizophrenics treated with anti-psychiatric medications in order to obscrve leukocytes decrease in their blood.Results While 3141 patients with Schizophrenia were treated with anti-psychiatric medications.leukocytes decrease occurred in 299 cases.with the incidence of 9.52%.Whcress 2641 schizophrenics were given only a single anti-psychiatric medication,and 239 of them had leukocytes decrease,with the incidence of 9.05%.Among 500 schizophrenics who were treated with more than one anti-psychiatric medication.leukocytes decrease occurred in 60 cases.with the incidence of 12.00%.Schizophrenics treated with novel anti-psychiatric medications had a low incidence of leukoeytes decrease;while those treated with more than one anti-psychiatric medication had a higher incidence compared with patients treated by single medicine.Conclusion Almost all anti-psychiatric medications Can cause leukocytes decrease,but this change is reversible.So it is critical to take Routine Blood Test regularly and get diagnosis and treatment early.
