收集2009年12月至2011年6月在本院生殖医学中心诊治的不孕症78例患者资料,以腹腔镜结果为金标准,比较三维子宫输卵管超声造影(3D-HyCoSy)和子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)对不孕症的诊断价值.3D-HyCoSy诊断的敏感性94.7％,特异性83.7％,准确性91.7％,阳性预测值93.9％,阴性预测值82.4％.HSG诊断的敏感性96.4％,特异性82.6％,准确性92.3％,阳性预测值93.0％,阴性预测值90.5％.3D-HyCoSy和HSG两种检查结果存在较好的一致性(U=13.3,P＜0.05),3D-HyCoSy与腹腔镜检查结果差异无统计学意义(x2=3.86,P＞0.05).3D-HyCoSy为不孕症输卵管病变检查提供了一种新的空间立体成像方法.

Seventy eight infertile women were examined by three dimensional hysterosalpingocontrast-sonography(3D-HyCoSy) and X-ray hysterosalingography (HSG) to observe flowing condition of fallopian tube.With the laparoscopy as gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3D-HyCoSy in diagnosis of fallopian tube infertility were 94.7％,83.7％,93.9％ and 82.4％ ; those for HSG were 96.4％,82.6％,92.3％,93.0％ and 90.5％,respectively.U test showed that two methods had good consistency. The results suggested that 3D-HyCoSy provides an effective method in evaluation of fallopian tube pathology for infertile women.
